There had been talks about Gervonta Davis vs Jake Paul for a while but now the bout is actually really happening and is confirmed on a huge broadcaster.
The world’s biggest streaming company Netflix will show Gervonta Davis vs Jake Paul live on Netflix free to subscribers of the service on November 14th.
The bout goes ahead as an exhibition it is understood.
Despite the massive difference in weight and size.
Paul has been competing as a cruiserweight and has fought as high as heavyweight.
Gervonta Davis is a lightweight.

Speaking on X following the news Jake Paul said:
“Gervonta who has been disrespecting my name for too long. HIs nickname might be Tank, but I’m an FPV drone and I’m about to disable tiny boy. Yes, he’s 1 of the top pound-for-pound boxers in the world, but my motto is anyone, anytime, anyplace, against all odds. And I like my odds. First, I am going to kill David, then I will go on to slaughter Goliath.”
Netflix on their official X account said:

It is not announced as an exhibition just yet but most think it will be an exhibition.
Whether or not either fighter is allowed to try to knock the other out remains to be seen.
Talk so far from boxing analysts says it will be over ten rounds but expect news on gloves, weight, rules and more shortly.
Davis was in talks to face Manny Pacquiao but that is on hold now with this major event.
