A professional boxer Shigetoshi Kotari dies in news that has stunned the boxing community in another tragic death in the sport worldwide in 2025.
There has been a number of untimely deaths of both active fighters in pro boxing this year.
As well as fighters from years gone by.
Japan’s Shigetoshi Kotari has been confirmed to have died following injuries from his bout in August against Yamato Hata.
