Shane Mosley is one of the great welterweights of his time and he knows more about big fights at 147 pounds than most, accordingly.
One such big fight being tabbed in the division at the moment involves Manny Pacquiao vs Rolly Romero.
The latter now being a world champion after defeating Ryan Garcia recently.

Speaking to Fight Hub recently Mosley said of the possible bout:
“Yes, I think Manny could beat Rolly. He throws more punches, uses great combinations, and moves so well. It’d be tough for Rolly to close the distance.”
Mosley was one of the few recently in boxing as well to give Pacquiao a chance against WBC welterweight champ Mario Barrios.
A fight that Pacquiao drew after a hard fought battle in Las Vegas.
