Soon Manny Pacquiao vs Mario Barrios will take place and one Nonito Donaire is a keen observer on the upcoming title bout.
Donaire recently at 42 had a successful comeback himself at the age of 42 having beaten his opponent in Argentina for the interim WBA bantamweight title.
So he knows what Manny Pacquiao is attempting can be done and is more than doable.
Speaking to Fight Hype earlier Donaire said of Pacquiao vs Barrios shortly:
“Mario is a tall, tough fighter, but I’m giving Pacquiao the benefit of the doubt. As an eight-division world champion, he knows how to fight and win. It comes down to who shows up in the ring with the stronger desire to win. I believe Pacquiao has the ability to do something special and come out victorious.”
Pacquiao at the age of 46 comes into the bout as a significant underdog in the contest for the WBC welterweight championship of the world.
Manny Pacquiao works harder than anyone but is now training much smarter too back in LA with his people and Freddie Roach.
It is a good fight potentially.
Manny Pacquiao revealed the overall goal of his comeback here recently.
