Chavez Jr lost to Jake Paul fair and square this weekend in the United States in their big card last night that was shown on DAZN.
An event that got the world talking not only boxing but UFC, MMA fans and more from the younger generation tuned into boxing for the first time.
Speaking after the fight immediately in the locker room Chavez Jr said:
“Hey, two more rounds, Sean—two more rounds. Yeah, he was on his way. I think he started to figure it out in the first three or four rounds because it’s, uh, like, a tight, good strategy. But I started a little late, so I think I won four rounds. So, I don’t know—the judges scored it 88-82.”
Hard to understand that, he was never really dangerous in the fight at all, Chavez Jr.
He will surely look back at the fight footage and review it with his team in the days ahead and review the above again.
Chavez senior after the Jake Paul fight here was clearly not happy.
