Oscar De La Hoya Makes Some PEDs Claims About Canelo Trainer Eddy Reynoso And His Team

Recently one of Eddy Reynoso’s boxers Jaime Munguia failed a B sample for a banned substance after one of his fights, De La Hoya is firing shots.

Former world champion Oscar De La Hoya used to promote for a long time Reynoso’s star pupil Canelo Alvarez.

So De La Hoya still has a bit of a beef there with Canelo, firstly.

De La Hoya speaking on his clapback segment threw some shade at Reynoso following Munguia’ doping test recently:

“These are the facts: six of Eddy Reynoso’s fighters have tested positive for performance-enhancing substances, the latest being Jaime Munguia two weeks ago. Six fighters, and no one is questioning this? Doesn’t this seem suspicious or unusual? Are we really accepting the excuse that everyone is consuming tainted meat? Come on, seriously—doesn’t this warrant an investigation into Eddie’s camps?”

Obviously it is not right to throw Munguia under the bus yet until a full investigation happens.

And the facts are established following Munguia’s B sample.

There could very well been a legit reason and the investigation is ongoing.

Munguia maintains his innocence.
