Carl Froch Brutally Honest On A Darren Till Fight

There’s been a bit of back and forth between Froch and Till of the UK lately on a boxing match and it still seems to be going on a bit.

Whether or not it happens remains to be seen, Froch appears to be happily retired from boxing unless they can get him a big offer.

Froch from Nottingham and Till from Liverpool in the UK have had heated words and Froch thinks he would flatten Till.

Speaking to the folks at Fightlens, Froch said of Till:

“I don’t know what his problem is with a Cobra. He’s got—but he’s got to be realistic and realize that if he ever boxed me, he’d get thoroughly beaten. If you ever took him on in the cage, he might have a chance at beating me, but strikers are good in the cage, so I’ve got a chance ’cause Sean Strickland is a striker. A lot of fighters don’t go on the ground. He seems to think that he’s going to walk up to me and kick me in the face. If he sees me, he won’t get within two feet of me. If he gets within two feet of me, I’ll render him unconscious. This is it—that would be the end of the story, wouldn’t it? Whether he can think he can put me in an arm lock or kick me in the face or take my legs or whatever—if he’s going to start with that one, he just gets hit with a right hand on the chin.”

Obviously Till is no longer in MMA or the UFC now and is totally focused on professional boxing only.

Till has been doing well in pro boxing lately with a lot of quality wins in the boxing ring.

Here’s what Till’s latest prediction on a fight with Froch was.
