Another Boxing Legend Joins 46-Year-Old Manny Pacquiao In Training Camp

Support continues to flood in from boxing and countries around the world for eight weight division world champion Manny Pacquiao.

A legend literally now, a living one, who was recently inducted into the Hall of Fame in the 2025 for boxing.

At the age of 46 he did that while still alive and not retired or dead five years.

As is the custom to be considered, usually.

Now, per the above photo earlier (courtesy of Viva Promotions hat tip) Andre Ward has been in the gym in LA with Pacquiao.

Ward being a former light-heavyweight world champion and pound for pound star in his day, retiring undefeated from boxing on top of the world some years ago.

Meeting with him at the Wild Card boxing gym in Hollywood where Pacquiao is once again training with boxing training legend Freddie Roach.

A place where all the success was formed and built in the first place, some years ago, the duo are back but with the full Filipino and strength team as well.

Pacquiao takes on Mario Barrios on July 19th for the WBC welterweight championship of the world in Las Vegas.

If Pacquiao wins, he will become the second oldest world champion in boxing history.

After Bernard Hopkins (49).

Pacquiao is showing tremendous speed here at 46 as well, surprising a few it must be said.

With that being said, he’s a big underdog next month mind you.
