Jake Paul isn’t short of confidence which is a good thing for fighters but even by his standards, this is a bit of a stretch all things considering.
His opponent on June 28th and former world champion Julio Cesar Chavez Jr is training like a lunatic and in strong condition, whereas some think Paul is not training as hard as he could be.
Jake Paul’s Bold Chavez Jr Fight Prediction
Speaking to DAZN in a sit down earlier, Jake Paul said of what to expect:
“A knockout. I’m doing what Canelo couldn’t do, stopping this man. And you’re going to see Chavez quit, and his dad’s hands are going to be in his head, and he’s going to be turned into another meme, disappointed in his son, and all the Mexican fans are going to join team Paul. There you go. I look forward to that, June 28th. Thank you. On the zone. Let’s go.”
Bold call that he’ll spark him, this isn’t an old Mike Tyson he’s stepping in there with, a Mike Tyson who nearly died the same year Paul fight him as well.
This is a 39-year-old former world champion with Mexico and America cheering him on to get revenge for Tyson.
Many think he’s looking past Chavez Jr at the moment with other comments such as this as well.
Jake Paul is a clever boxing promoter mind you, take some of his comments with a grain of salt.
