Boxer Reveals Keyshawn Davis Headbutted Him In Brawl

Keyshawn Davis and his brother was involved in a brawl backstage at the weekend just gone which was not good to see for boxing in Virginia.

Virginia hardly gets anything good, let alone the gold dust of a big time professional boxing event gracing its somewhat nothing State and place.

Keyshawn Davis a hometown fighter was meant to be headlined but had to get pulled from the card, then got into it with fighter Nahir Albright backstage.

Speaking to reporters after the fight including Ring Magazine, Nahir Albright said:

“I was in my locker room. I was celebrating my victory with my team. Keyshawn and his younger brother came in. They started looking at me. Keyshawn said something about his older brother. They seemed mad. He grabbed me. He pushed me back. I grabbed his head. He moved his head toward mine. We bumped heads. So, you bumped heads? Yes, he headbutted me. Okay, Kon did that. That’s what happened.”

The whole thing was not good at all in great time for boxing as well.

The excellent prospect however Abdullah Mason rescued the show on the night and Top Rank will surely have paid him some sort of bonus for it.

Otherwise they would have been screwed on the night.

Here is some of the Keyshawn Davis brawl in photos for those who missed it.
