Chris Eubank Jr is on top of the world not just in the UK and rightly so after his recent fight and victory over one Conor Benn.
It was one of the fights of this year so far, no doubt about.
A titanic battle that saw Eubank Jr win by UD, however back in the UK he managed to give back some of his valuable time to kids at a school who were elated to see him:
Class act.
This is great for professional boxing and shows the sport, and its athletes, the professional fighters (not amateur Olympic fighters – professional fighters at the highest level of fighting) in a great light.
In a dark time for the UK and the wider world at the moment, these things are excellent for boxing and Eubank Jr’s comeback in boxing and life is really complete now lately.
A credit to boxing and an inspirational story, both him and the father in fact.
Two very different characters, which is okay too, but a good team.
Hopefully Eubank Jr is in the Conor Benn rematch next up – which most boxing fans would have interest in.
