It is a fight that boxing fans would love to see and it is possible it turns out as one of the fighters gives his honest view on the fight.
It would see two of America’s best boxers in the world pound for pound fight, in knockout puncher Gervonta ‘Tank’ Davis and defensive maestro Shakur Stevenson.
Speaking on the Breakfast Club, Stevenson said:
“I want to fight Tank. I think it’s the biggest fight in the sport of boxing. He needs to fight me before he retires.”
Good fight if it can be made.
Davis is due to take on Lamont Roach next up however in a rematch, Davis has also been mentioned to be in talks for a Jake Paul fight.
So let’s see what happens.
Maybe the fight can be made before the end of the year or early next year.
