Teofimo Lopez had an okay’ish win in the sport at the weekend against Arnold Barboza but this is a bit of stretch by him about Muhammad Ali.
Lopez beat Barboza via UD last Friday in New York in a card that wasn’t great overall, although there was some decent action, it must be said.
Lopez boxed well last weekend but on Instagram posted this:
He isn’t at Ali’s level yet and he knows that every day in training, and every fight, is simply another chance to pursue greatness.
Day to day and fight to fight.
Hopefully another big fight for him next up in a division that’s buzzing near 140 pounds.
