Ryan Garcia has been dealing with more than a lot in training camp at the moment it turns out ahead of tomorrow’s big Rolly Romero fight.
Garcia is back from a one year suspension from boxing and is in good spirits for tomorrow’s big night for boxing.
Speaking at the final press conference, Ryan Garcia revealed:
“Rolly’s never been seen as an elite fighter. I’m here to do my job, knock him out, and ride off into the sunset. First, I thank God and shout out to my mom—she beat breast cancer, and she’s right there. I love you so much. I’m excited to be back in New York after last time’s historic event. We’ll do it again soon.”
Kudos to Garcia and his mother on the good health news.
That shows you how much of a professional fighter Garcia has become now, and far he has come mentally through the ups and downs of boxing and life.
Great sign that he is in that good place mentally in terms of what might be produced tomorrow.
Rolly Romero is up for this though.
