Ryan Garcia is back in action this Friday in a huge fight in New York in Times Square against Rolly Romero but has gone off on another boxer.
Garcia appears to have trained well and is in a good place, very strong mentally and real violence always on the mind — but in a calm, emotionless way, without anger or feeling –a proper high level professional hitman — that is crucial for fighters to have — particularly as the fight gets closer.
Garcia must remained focused on the challenge at hand however.
He is coming into a difficult fight this Friday against Rolly but has made room to take shots at another world champion, Jaron ‘Boots’ Ennis, saying per Boxing Kingdom on the X platform:
“Jaron Ennis doesn’t have good defence and I would take advantage of that.”
He may well have a point there.
Ennis had a great win himself only very recently, and America is really starting to warm to Ennis now.
So many great fights can be made in and around those weights now in truth.
It is a boxing promoters and boxing fans’ ideal situation at the moment, the way the sport is.
This is nothing either, you’ve seen nothing yet. Much more epic times ahead, very shortly, starting this Friday in New York.
