Chris Eubank senior the former world champion has said he will not be supporting his son on the night and even more than that too.
Essentially he’s also said the fight should not go ahead and was very unhappy with his son egging Conor Benn at a press conference.
Eubank senior believes his son has too much of a size advantage on Conor Benn and thinks the fight should not go ahead.
Speaking to Matchroom Boxing’s ‘Inside Look’ social media show, Nigel Benn, the father of Conor Benn, said:
“I’m here to back my son and I wish Chris would do the same for his regardless of what they’ve gone through. Come on Chris, wherever you are just show up mate. We need to see you there. It’d be good to have a chat.”
Interesting.
You never know with Eubank senior.
He may just very well turn up at the press conference later this week or even on fight night.
Don’t write that off from happening.
