Roy Jones Breaks Silence On George Foreman Death

Boxing legend Roy Jones has broken his silence on the passing of George Foreman following the passing of the American.

Foreman died last weekend but because of travel commitments and people being on different time zones, the news is still hitting people this week, such was the gravity of the loss to boxing as a sport.

Former world champion and boxing legend Roy Jones said on social media:

Rest in peace Foreman.

A true champion of boxing and life. A giant of a man in all aspects who’s loss to sport and society is not measurable.

Diamond geezer as they say in some places, one of the good fellas they’d say in anothers.

A good man and a great fighter.
