This list in women’s boxing is simply undefeated and undisputed in history and it leaves out certain things too.
Claressa Shields is only 29-years-old and has a movie coming out on Christmas Day later this year on her life story and journey in boxing.
She is the first woman in history to go from super-welterweight world champion as a pro all the way up to win the women’s heavyweight world title at the highest level of the sport.
That, and these 20 things as she noted on X which read as follows:
“2X Olympic Gold medalist
15 world titles
5 Division world champion
3X Undisputed champion
Super Welterweight lineal champion
Super Welterweight undisputed champion
Middleweight Lineal Champion
2x Middleweight undisputed champion
Super Middleweight WBC & WBA champ
Heavyweight WBC champion
Light heavyweight WBO champion
pound for pound #1 fighter in the world
Best boxer of the year Espy winner (Only Woman)
Best fighter in the world
3x Lineal Champion
2018 & 2022 BWAA fighter of the year
defeated 8 world champions
1st Boxer to undisputed in 2 weight classes
1st fighter in history in the 4 belt era to become 2x & 3x undisputed
Been world champion since 2017″
That makes for some reading.
People like America and ESPN are lucky to have her.
To say the least.
