The Manny Pacquiao boxing comeback is gathering steam all the time and it is thought a world title shot is possible for him.
Some current contenders and champions have been taken back by the news that the 45-year-old is able to come back and instantly get a title shot.
Jaron “Boots” Ennis who fights this weekend is one of them. Speaking at a pre-fight press conference he said:
“I don’t know how Pacquiao is coming back and getting a world title shot but I really don’t care. As long as I can get my hands on those other belts and be able to unify then be undisputed, I really don’t care what’s going on. I think that’s crazy that he’s coming back. I mean that’s a good name to have on your resume (Pacquiao). As long as he’s not in my way. If he get the (WBC) belt, then he get the belt.”
