Boxing star Ryan Garcia arrested in what has been a whirlwind time for the American pugilist following his fight with Devin Haney.
Even going into the Haney fight there was many concerns for Garcia’s mental health.
Garcia is a man who speaks his mind and pulls no punches in his beliefs.
It appears though he was under the influence in the arrest here for alleged property damage:
