If any balanced decision from the governing body could allow the fight to happen if Eubank Jr still wants the fight to happen, perhaps that would be in the merit of sportsmanship on Eubank Jr’s part.
If the sportsmen’s lawyers agreed to it particularly if the jurisdiction of the sample authorities differs from the territories that the contest takes place in but the authorities and rules should be adhered to ultimately.
Like the promoter Hearn says, the appropriate process will have to be gone through.
If Eubank Jr were to agree to it, of course, the above.
It would all be depending on his views first and foremost and his thoughts on the matter in fairness.
