Soon it will be almost five years since Tyson Fury became the lineal heavyweight champion of the world by defeating then lineal champion Wladimir Klitschko.
The Briton defeated the Ukraine legend of the ring by unanimous points decision in Dusseldorf, Germany at the time against the run of play with not many giving him a chance going into the fight.
One the night of November 28th, 2015 Fury went to Klitschko’s usual home turf to capture the titles.
A lot has happened since then for him in and out of the ring but the rivalry he had with big Wlad is clearly one that will always be there a little bit
Wladimir has since retired and Fury has since come back to the sport to regain former glory with his most recent win over Deontay Wilder last December.
As of this time there is no set date for Fury’s third fight with Wilder due to the ongoing situation for the world making live sporting events with crowds very hard to do at this time.
