Terence Crawford Breaks Character and Completely Snaps On Errol Spence

WBO welterweight champion Terence Crawford knows he is at risk of having his career pass him by if he doesn’t do something to get a big fight at 147 lbs sooner or later.

He’s said in the past that fights with himself against fighters on rival networks against him will come down to him and the fighters — not the networks or promoters.

The truth doesn’t appear to be stacking up like that however.

The main fight he’s been after for some time has been of course a unification with Errol Spence.

Spence recently confirmed he would be returning to the sport in a comeback fight in the summer following a car accident last year after his points win over Shawn Porter.

No opponent has been named yet however and it is not known if a Crawford fight is being one looked at for the end of the year just yet.

Crawford has had about enough of waiting at this stage.

A usually calm, quietly spoken chap, he’s let loose on Spence in a passionate rant on Twitter:

The interest for this colossal fight is certainly there.

There’s no doubt it would do big numbers on a dual broadcast between Fox and ESPN.

Lets hope the powers that can be can facilitate it to happen before this year is out.
