Fans React To News Of Amir Khan vs Terence Crawford Getting Made Official

For those wanting to see an Amir Khan vs Kell Brook fight next up — forget about it.

Potentially for good too.

If I were to put my house on it I’d vanquish the fight to those of the ilk of the past such as Lennox Lewis vs Riddick Bowe, Joe Calzaghe vs Carl Froch and Ricky Hatton vs Junior Witter.

Fights that never happened in the past and certainly in one of the cases — because one fighter genuinely hated the other so much he didn’t want to give him a financial opportunity to secure an excellent living by fighting him.

This looks like it was the case too with Khan and Brook.

The hatred the two have for one another is on another level.

It has been confirmed that a press conference to announce Terence Crawford vs Amir Khan will take place in London this Tuesday.

Here’s what people are saying about the fight so far:

As I fight fan would I choose to see Khan fight Crawford over Brook, hell yeah. Good to see the Brits going over the pond to take on the big boys— stephen savill (@kepow45) January 12, 2019

All in all, Terence Crawford is one of the best fighters in boxing today, pound for pound.

Fair play to Khan for taking on such a daunting challenge, really.

Hopefully the Brook fight can still be made for later in 2019 but most likely it will never happen.
