Gennady Golovkin Promoter Hits Out At Three American Reporters

Respected American promoter Tom Loeffler has taken issue with alleged misinformation and false stories being purported and circulated on Twitter.

Loeffler has been the promoter of middleweight star Gennady Golovkin for some time and the two have always appeared to have a strong working relationship throughout a number of successful years to date.

Speculation and various reports on social media have alleged that there was some sort of potential ending of this working relationship on the cards amid speculation of where Golovkin would go network-wise for his fights moving forward.

‘GGG’ had previously had his fights shown on HBO who left boxing late last year.

It is thought there is a massive amount of interest from various networks and platforms to secure his services and talent behind the scenes at the moment.

Loeffler has shut down various allegations being reported and also asked one reporter not to mention Golovkin’s family on social media moving forward:

Gennady Golovkin has a professional boxing record of 38-1-1 (34KO) at this time.

His last fight came against Canelo Alvarez in a rematch on September 15th of 2018 which was awarded a majority points decision win for Alvarez at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.
