Lightweight Tommy Coyle fights tonight in Boston live on DAZN but managed to land one of the funniest pranks in boxing in some time on promoter Eddie Hearn beforehand.

Hearn recently has been in the media a lot for his billion dollar deal landed to promote fights in the US as part of a deal with streaming giant DAZN.

It isn’t often you see him humbled but Tommy Coyle managed to pull it off (literally) in a video that is going viral on social media the moment:

On a more serious boxing note, Coyle returns to the ring tonight at the TD Garden against Ryan Kielczweski and knows that a win coming off the back of two stoppage wins could propel him into a big fight next up.

Coyle currently holds a professional boxing record of 24-4-12KO.

The four losses in his career have come against known names on the UK boxing scene though in the form of Tyrone Nurse, Luke Campbell, Derry Matthews and Gary Sykes.

At 29 years of age now he knows that he’s coming into the prime of his career and now is the time to strike while the iron is hot and boxing on platforms like DAZN.
