Respected US boxing trainer Robert Garica has given his reaction to the Mayweather vs Pacquiao 2 news.

The world of boxing continues to be stunned and baffled by the news that a Mayweather vs Pacquiao rematch is set for this year.

According to Floyd Mayweather himself.

Speaking to EsNews, Robert Garcia said on the Mayweather vs Pacquiao 2 news:

“Are you serious? They’re going to do a rematch and they announced it? A rematch? Well Manny’s a champion right now and Mayweather hasn’t fought in what? So Pacquiao has a better opportunity.

He added:

“I think Mayweather but it’s going to be interesting. It’s going to be interesting.”

The revelation has certainly caused a stir in the world of boxing.

Despite the conspiracy theorists out there saying it was just a publicity stunt, it seemed to well-organized of a happening to just drum up some press.

Pacquiao said that he is expecting to finalize the deal for the fight this week.
