Old rival of Dillian Whyte and current heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua has sent his old nemesis a message just hours before he gets into the ring tonight.

Tonight’s main event is expected to kick off at about 10.30pm UK time in London and on paper, it genuinely seems like a tough fight to call.

The bookies are giving an ever so slight edge to Parker as a former world WBO champion, but with the power Whyte hits with anything can happen.

Whyte is also the form man coming off the back of an impressive stoppage over Lucas Browne whereas Parker lost his title to Anthony Joshua last time out in an uneventful twelve round bout.

Here’s what Joshua has had to say to his old rival Whyte ahead of tonight:

Indeed, Joshua has had a lot of respectful words for his old foe in recent times.

The score is currently 1-1 if you count Whyte’s win over Joshua as an amateur, so one gets the sense that these two will ultimately meet in the ring again one day.
