Claressa Shields Gets Into Altercation After 6th Pro Fight

American female boxing star Claressa Shields got into a scuffle in the ring after her latest win with a fellow female fighter who might just be her next fight later this year.

Shields moved to 6-0 (2KO) last night with a unanimous points decision victory over Hanna Gabriels live on Showtime.

It wasn’t all clear sailing for Shields however who had to overcome her first bit of adversity in her sublime amateur career and up until now, easy pro career.

Garbiels landed a sweet uppercut on Shields at one point, dropping her to the floor for the first time in her career.

Shields got straight back up however, recovered and proceeded to dominate the rest of the bout to her credit.

One fighter on her mind all week was Christina Hammer and Shields made it clear afterwards her dislike for both Hammer and her boyfriend.

Indeed, Hammer and hear boyfriend got into the ring straight away after Shields’ win and a brawl almost erupted:

It is thought that Shields vs Hammer fight could happen potentially in September or October.
