The Kell Brook v Rabchenko weigh in took place a short time ago ahead of former world champion Kell Brook’s comeback fight tomorrow night in the UK.
It will mark the first appearance in a boxing ring for Brook since he lost his IBF title inside the distance last year to American Errol Spence Jr.
Since then Brook has been open about his struggles with dealing with and accepting the defeat.
Suffering bouts of depression and drinking alcohol to access.
Now he’s back and determined to get this career on track at 154lbs however.
Ahead of tomorrow night’s fights in Sheffield – here are the Kel Brook v Rabchenko weigh in results:
Rocky Fielding 173.6lbs vs Karel Horejsek 173.8lbs
Kid Galahad 127.2lbs vs Irving Berry 126.8lbs
Dave Allen 236.4lbs vs Lenroy Thomas 232lbs
Gamal Yafai 121.8lbs vs Gavin McDonnell 121.6lbs
Kell Brook 153.7lbs vs Sergey Rabchenko 153.4lbs
Brook looked in excellent condition and a lot less weight drained than he usually does at welterweight.
Brook has fought as high as middleweight when he took on Gennady Golovkin a couple of fights back.
But 154lbs seems to be that happy medium between welterweight and middleweight that he’s been looking for all this time.
