The Golovkin vs Canelo ticket prices have been unveiled ahead of what many expect to be the biggest (pure) boxing match of 2017.
I say pure in brackets above, as likely Mayweather vs McGregor is going to absolutely murder everything when it comes to ticket sales, pay per view and revenue.
But Golovkin vs Canelo is a fight generating a hell of a lot of buzz at the moment, too.

Now the Golovkin vs Canelo ticket prices for September 16th’s middleweight world title showdown in Las Vegas have been announced as the following – starting from highest to lowest:
“$5,000, $2,500, $2,000, $1,500, $800, $700, $500 and $300, not including applicable service charges and taxes. There will be a limit of 10 per person at the $5,000, $2,500, $2,000, $1,500, $800, $700 price levels and a limit of two (2) per person at the $500 and $300 price levels.”
Pretty much in line for face value ticket price expectations for such a big fight in Vegas, in all fairness.
It is understood they’ll officially go on sale this Thursday at 1pm ET from the T-Mobile Arena website as well as AXS.com.
The big talking point around how the event will do at the moment seems to be surrounding how much thunder the Mayweather vs McGregor fight only a few weeks later in the same city will steel from the show.
Time will tell, as they say. Just don’t sleep on Golovkin vs Canelo (hat tip Motivdeia – Boxing YouTube):
