This Anthony Joshua Wembley clip turned out to predict the future in the end when the statement was initially made.
The Anthony Joshua Wembley dream becomes a reality for him tonight when he headlines in front of a 90,000 sell out against Wladimir Klitschko.
Just a few years ago though, the Anthony Joshua Wembley dream was just that, a dream, as he competed on the undercard at the same stadium of the second fight between Carl Froch and George Groves.
At the time Joshua had not been a professional long and was still gaining experience, developing as a fighter and working his way up the ladder.
His promoter Eddie Hearn made this prediction at the time which has turned out to be on the money as of tonight:
Remember to always have a plan!A huge thank you to everyone who has supported @anthonyfjoshua on this journey 🇬🇧 #JoshuaKlitchsko @SkySports pic.twitter.com/6R4sbV9jM6
— Eddie Hearn (@EddieHearn) April 28, 2017
Quite the prediction there. Fair play.
It’s up to Joshua now whether or not he can complete the dream fully and emerge victorious over one of the most dominant heavyweights of the modern boxing era.
With just a few hours to go Joshua will likely be making his way to the venue shortly and beginning the initial fight night routines around getting taped up, warmed up and the like.
Ring walks are expected at about 9.40pm with both boxers expected to commence action at about 10pm tonight (UK time) which is 2pm PT in the US, 5pm ET.
