The Kovalev vs Ward undercard fights early on are being live streamed tonight free of charge by the folks at the HBO YouTube channel before the main pay per view event switches over at the T-Movile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.
The Kovalev vs Ward undercard consists of both a number of up and coming prospect bouts mixed in with some interesting matchups between more established contenders before for the main events gets underway later on this evening.
There will be three free view fights on the preliminary Kovalev vs Ward undercard in total leading up to the pay per view event.
The main fight of these contests is expected to include American female boxing sensation Claressa Shields who is expected to make her professional debut tonight.
Shields is a two-time Olympic champion and it is thought she will compete tonight as a professional around the 168lbs mark.

Shields has been very vocal in her belief of doing big things in the pro ranks ahead of this weekend and comes into the fight on a one fight pro deal with promotional company RocNation.
Shields has said she is only interested in the big fights as a professional and it will be interesting to see how big a statement she looks to make tonight accordingly.
The first bout of the undercard tonight will include an interesting super-lightweight bout between US prospects Sonny Fredrickson and Gabriel Duluc.
The Kovalev vs Ward undercard fights on the preliminary undercard should get underway a little after 12am UK and Irish time Sunday morning, which is 4pm PT and 7pm ET in the US (approximately).
