Watch: Roy Jones vs Rodney Moore Full Fight
A 47 year old Roy Jones Jr was in action last night in a professional boxing ring. It was his second win on the bounce since March. In case you missed the action, we’ve got you covered with the Roy Jones vs Rodney Moore full fight video below.
Many have expressed concerns for boxing legend Roy Jones Jr in recent times around his decision to box on so late in life and so far out of his prime. But it’s Roy Jones’ career and his decision to fight on must be respected.
No one can tell a boxer when to retire other than the fighter themselves.
Besides, Roy Jones Jr (64-9-46KO) has done well in his prize fighting career over the years and when he does eventually decide to hang up the gloves, he has a successful broadcasting job with HBO to bounce back on, where he is a decent commentator in my opinion.
It was thought a number of months back that Roy had retired from his active fighting career following a report out of Russia – but this turned out not to be the case.
For the time being Jones Jr still continues to campaign at cruiserweight as an active professional fighter in the States. Here is his latest bout in it’s entirety with Rodney Moore last night in Jones’ home state of Florida:
