Undefeated 24 year old heavyweight prospect David ‘White Rhino’ Allen dispatched of 38 year old American Jason Gavern inside 4 rounds.

Gavern came out swinging in the first, with Allen looking patient as he looked to get the measure of his older, less conditioned foe in the opening moments of the contest.
As a scrappy encounter progressed, the colourful Gavern appeared to be warned by the referee for his trash talking in the ring between his shouts of “Wooo!” and other verbals.
Allen stayed patient nonetheless and didn’t appear to show any signs of frustration, keeping a cool head. The ‘White Rhino’ worked behind a solid jab as the mid rounds of the bout unfolded.
The fourth round saw Allen hurt his American counterpart with some big right hands that backed Gavern onto the ropes. The controversial Gavern managed to survive the round, using all his experience and spoiling skills to his advantage.
Jason Gavern retired at the end of the fourth round however, giving Allen the win on the night and improving his record to 9-0-1 (5KO).
