If you are a Manny Pacquiao fan, the long wait for his final (potentially) fight opponent on April 9th is finally over, at least according to his long time promoter Bob Arum.
The boxing world has come alive today with the news that Top Tank boss and Manny Pacquiao promoter Bob Arum has broken his silence on who Manny Pacquiao’s final (potentially) opponent next April will be.
LA Times reporter Lance Pugmire has revealed on social media that Arum told him the man for the job will be none other than Tim Bradley, and also eluded to the fact that it may not be Pacquiao’s final fight according to Arum:
This will come as a sweet music melody to the ears of fight fans, who are eagerly anticipating Pacquiao’s return following his loss to Floyd Mayweather last May in what was dubbed ‘Fight of the Century’, that subsequently saw the Filipino emerge with a serious shoulder injury that he had going into the fight, only to be revealed to the dismay of fans post-fight.
