This website is the last place you’ll ever hear of a publisher knocking a fighter, but if we are really calling a spade a spade, Raphael Zumbano Love was never a world beater and having lost many times before, it is hard to see what AJ could have learned from last weekend’s mismatch.
I’m a massive fan of Joshua, not just his ability, but his attitude really seems to be spot on. I think like most boxing fans and most people in the boxing media, I just want to see him stepped up now – it’s time.
His apprenticeship period is realistically coming to an end now at 12-0 (12 KO) and Kevin Johnson later this month will provide his first real test and one that should answer a lot of questions.
