British amateur star Harvey Horn has said he expects to be challenging for serious titles when he makes the transition into the paid ranks.
The 22-year-old has a stellar amateur pedigree which includes winning the senior ABAs in 2014 and becoming U22 European Champion.
A graduate of the famous Repton ABC, Horn is adamant his background will hold him in good stead for when he turns over.
“I’m looking at the belts around at Flyweight and I’m putting pressure on myself to do well very quickly,” he said.
“I’ve always been used to testing myself against the best, whether that has been domestically or in the World Series of Boxing.
“I expect to do the same when I turn over. I want to stay active, impress and get my hands on every title I can. I’m just not interested in building a fake record fighting journeymen, I’m not here to make up numbers.”
