The international organization ISW, the Institute for the Study of War, have been quite accurate on Russia’s war.
A very adept organization indeed.
On claims that Russia say Ukraine targeted the Kremlin where Putin sometimes is based with drones, they have dismissed this as likely done by the Kremlin themselves.
