The US have been too hesitant in some aspects with Putin and his State Sponsored terrorism on Ukrainian civilians so far.
This has allowed for his time buying strategy to cost even more lives.
Not only in Ukraine but globally due to the nature of his modern war.
Therefore, the US must take strong action and either designate his country a State Sponsor of Terrorism or Rogue State in the world for maybe three or four years.
During which Russia pay to help restore Ukraine, justice served for all war criminals and after which maybe sanctions lifted then.
It is the only way.
Similar moves worked with Iran’s regime and something similar with Putin’s will suffice.
