One that will include a new large nation in the years ahead in the form of Ukraine:

Maybe Ukraine could communicate the updates of their national legal framework and/or but not limited to their Constitution (if it is amended when they join the EU in years ahead) as time goes on to their citizens worldwide.
In all continents. Maybe simply via their passport office or some method to collect their emails via this method maybe, whether Vietnam, Columbia, Ghana, US, Japan, wherever they are.
Makes Europe more united and stronger too.
