Russian invaders are running into a lot of new issues in Ukraine in their war.
With the winter and spring offensive some say is looming this goes into two main issues they face:
Logistics and staffing basically.
The first won’t get any better and the second likely worse too. Conscripts are going to Ukraine with little training or armor and are being sent to their eternal resting place.
