Russia Launch Cyber Attack On Germany Following Tank Decision To Ukraine

A cyber attack is the same as any attack in the modern warfare world. Then can put down hospital systems that literally kill people.

So as in all war on the battle field – in the modern warfare world – by rights it should be punishable by death under fair international rules of war. Or at least brought to justice quickly in live time.

What is the German Chancellor going to do about that? Is he just going to stand by and do nothing?
