What’s The Point Of The UN Security Council, The UN Charter and Antonio Guterres Anymore What Do They Actually Do Anyway?

The UN Security Council appears to hold no weight in the world anymore since the Russia Ukraine war started by Russia.

So what’s the point of it?

Who funds it and the crazy amount of money it takes to support the UN?

Can some countries just stop funding it now basically to save money as they are clearly not stopping Russia and Putin’s war of aggression in Ukraine?

A war that is causing migrants across the world and other factors on economies.
