Current leader of Russia Putin has completely changed his tune and rhetoric to the West all of a sudden during his invasion of Ukraine.
Saying to the West stop being enemies:
Stressing above that he is genuine about peace talks and dialogue.
Perhaps he will address the President of Ukraine directly then – Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
Who has stressed talk can begin once Russia has left Ukraine and removed all troops and military from Ukraine.
