As losses continue to pile up for the Democrats one thing that perhaps isn’t noticed much is President Biden referring to the Vice President Kamala Harris almost as the actual President in recent times.
Maybe a mistake in his speeches but if you go onto the White House Twitter page they even mention it as a joint Presidency between Biden and Harris.

Nothing against Harris but a bit bizarre no.
Has a Vice President ever in the history of the country being put on par with the President like this before.
Almost referred to as the President?
