George Foreman the former heavyweight champion could be one of the most insightful pundits in boxing.
Not just in boxing but all things in life.
Known for his titanic battle for the ages with Muhammad Ali, born again Christian Foreman would later have a successful business career and life.
After finding and knowing God later in life.
Likable and universally admired Foreman dropped another knowledge bomb when he finally did climb that mountain again in his career.
When he finally did reach the top.
When he finally made it back.
Becoming champion of the world again:
Another nugget of wisdom. Some people just goal focused and until they achieve their objectives and all their goals and mission complete, they will never be truly happy until the mountain is climbed and race is finished. That’s the funny thing about humans. They are all equally different. If that makes sense.
If more like Foreman in the world perhaps the world would be in better shape.
Sad to see so many Western shrinks, professors, men of science and the like so far off track again. The last two years to be fair though a difficult time for all people given the world situation.
Possibly some of these leading Western individuals and companies are more lost than ever now. Sad. Depressing at times in fairness. They are goosed some of them. Totally off the ball and don’t have a clue. Distracted by an information overload that humanity seems to have currently with the plethora of information on the internet. Much of it bull and purpose only to distract or cause procrastination causing little work to be done.

You could in theory try to protect and politely offer some friendly advice to some of these lost academics and business people sometimes with advice but some too far off track and off path. Can only focus on your own house and business at the end of the day. Each to their own. All of us humans stupid sometimes. Part of the human condition. Too much division and conflict in the world but what can you do eh. Love, empathy and compassion is surely the only answer.

You are more powerful than you might even know. You only need to be still in times of trouble. Until they have an (at least some) understanding of God and the Bible (respectfully each to their own of course), or at least something bigger than themselves and bigger than humans (as we are all insignificant, we’re all idiots really), you just have to leave them figure the world and themselves out on their own.

Some of them just don’t have a clue. Some are okay. Some realize their battle, their company, employees and wider world isn’t often the problem, it’s the conflict of good and evil within these organizations. The battle within. Who’s to tell anyone how to run their business or their family though regards their wife, kids, parents etc. At the end of the day. Don’t mess with people’s family unless you want consequences.

Surely God loves everyone but God removes the enemies of God all the time. No need to fight nothing or no one in this world. If you believe, and fear and surrender to God, God does the fighting for you. Easy. It’s powerful stuff without doubt. Each to their own belief though. Who’s to judge anything or anyone at the end of the day other than God. Or whatever your belief is. It’s the principalities and unseen of evil, the things you can’t see. To watch for. You can’t see the wind shake the trees or why it suddenly downpours in rain, or sudden fires that burn places down all of a sudden sometimes can you? Alright then.

Some too lost in the ways of the world and not enough critical thinking even from a logic or scientific viewpoint to consider that sometimes the author of their life, their book, and the universe, isn’t actually themselves (or bloody UFOs aliens etc.) at all, and they are not in control as much as they might think. Too bad. Humility isn’t thinking less of yourself. It’s thinking about yourself less. And being modest. Think about it.

God is good. Keep fighting the good fight of faith and plenty of boxing to look forward to before the end of the year thank God.
Nice to see in some parts of the world at least the world situation has finally started to get a bit better.
From a boxing point of view what a weekend for boxing again.
After six months last year where we had little boxing to talk about boxing is back properly now. Boxing as a sport certainly survived and beat the world situation. Credit to the boxers, trainers, boxing fans and all involved in boxing.
Boxing is in safer hands than ever now. Legalistically speaking with all the commercial TV interest in the sport and most importantly great champions like Saul Canelo Alvarez as pound for pound number one currently.
Plenty to look forward to and plenty of good fights this month and next month worldwide.
