Jessie Vargas knows a thing or two about Manny Pacquiao having shared the ring with him.
Pacquiao winning a unanimous points decision on that night in 2016.
Since then Vargas has had mixed fortune in the ring and last fought in 2020 dropping a points loss to Mikey Garcia.
