George Foreman On The One Thing That Gave Him His Punch Power

Perhaps none are more qualified in boxing history to talk about punching power than oldest heavyweight champion George Foreman.

Speaking on his Twitter account he credits the following with improving his punch power:

“If I can get my hands on him I felt all I needed was one good touch and the guy would fall. The AX brought to my punch. Some guys were so elusive; 1 touch was out of the question though.”
