Mike Tyson Reacts To George Floyd Murderer Verdict

The murder of George Floyd made world news in 2020 and crossed over into boxing at the time.

A number of boxers vocal about what took place.

It may have taken a while for both criminal and civil proceedings to deal with the perpetrator and those he worked for.

Justice prevailed for George Floyd this week.

The American citizen who was murdered by a cop last year, someone who is meant to protect people, received some justice this week.

Derek Chauvin was found guilty of three charges in the end.

Second-degree unintentional murder, third-degree murder and second-degree manslaughter.

Former heavyweight champion Mike Tyson reacted to the news by saying:

Without police society would collapse however.

They need funding for better training and support but unfortunately a small few bad apples occasionally find their way into their ranks on rare occasions.

Good and bad in all walks of life.
